Shipping Coverage

  • Currently, we ship only within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote or non-metro locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
  • For orders below ₹2,000, a standard shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, will have an additional handling fee of ₹50.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your order status anytime using the provided link.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (logistics delays, weather, strikes, etc.) may impact delivery.
  • We will keep you updated in such cases.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided.

Undelivered Orders

  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reship.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
