Return & Refund Policy – Eclipse The Label
At Eclipse, every piece is crafted with precision and care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return/refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • Innerwear, bodysuits, and custom-tailored pieces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@eclipsethelabel.in within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.
  3. Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, your return will be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be provided via store credit or bank transfer.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size/design is unavailable, we will process a refund/store credit instead.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping is free for damaged/incorrect items.
  • For other returns (like size/color preference), a ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
