Returns
We hope you love your order — but if something isn’t quite right, you can start a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth process at Eclipse:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear — e.g. makeup marks, deodorant stains, etc.
- Items clearly labelled as “Non-returnable” (or final sale) at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We don’t currently offer any returns/exchanges on international orders.
If you receive an item with a defect or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
- Email us at info@eclipsethelabel.in with your order number, phone number.
- Mention in the email - which items you’d like to return or exchange.
- We will review your request and share the return shipping label with you once approved.
- Pack the items securely and our shipping partner will pick them up from your location.
Eclipse will cover any return shipping cost.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear once we’ve received and approved the return.
- For exchanges: once we receive the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement item per our current stock availability.
