Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
ECLIPSE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or natural events.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
Sale items, limited editions, and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
